Delivery areas and costs
Physical delivery is offered to serviceable addresses in Cambodia. Availability and the charge for your address must be confirmed before payment. International delivery is by prior written arrangement only; contact us for a quote and delivery estimate before ordering for an overseas address.
Delivery charges depend on the destination and order and are disclosed in the order summary or an agreed written quote before payment. Delivery is not free unless the order expressly states that it is. Provide a complete address, a reachable telephone number and any helpful delivery instructions.
Processing and delivery estimates
For an in-stock physical book, our standard target is dispatch within one to two business days after payment is confirmed. A preorder, special order or other longer processing period must be identified before you purchase.
Phnom Penh: estimated one to three business days after dispatch.
Other serviceable Cambodian destinations: estimated three to seven business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding Cambodian public holidays. Remote locations, public holidays or delivery disruptions may take longer. We will contact you about a material delay and discuss revised arrangements or an appropriate cancellation and refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.
Dispatch, delivery problems and collection
We will provide available dispatch and delivery information. Tracking is supplied when the selected delivery service offers it. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
A redelivery cost caused by an incorrect address or missed delivery must be explained and agreed before a further attempt is arranged. This does not apply to costs caused by our error or the delivery provider’s failure. Contact us about damaged, lost or missing parcels; the returns and refunds policy explains the remedies.
Office collection is available only when we have confirmed it for your order. Digital delivery, where offered
An item clearly sold as an electronic publication is delivered using the file, link or access method described in its listing and order confirmation. No physical copy is included unless expressly stated.
Unless a different period is disclosed before purchase, we aim to provide digital access within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Check your email and spam folder and contact info@sk-laws.com or +855 23 900 477 if access is missing or does not work. Digital fulfilment is not a promise that every title is available electronically.
