We aim to respond within two business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding Cambodian public holidays. Messages received outside these hours are handled on the next business day.
Orders, refunds and complaints
Include your order number, the name or email used for your order, and a brief description of the issue. For a damaged or incorrect book, photographs of the item and packaging can help, but please contact us even when photographs are unavailable.
For a complaint, tell us what happened and the outcome you are requesting. We aim to acknowledge it within two business days and provide an update within five business days when further investigation is needed.
Never send full payment-card numbers, card security codes, bank passwords or one-time passcodes. A payment reference and order number are sufficient for an initial enquiry.
Returns, visits and collection
Contact us before returning a book. Once we confirm the return instructions, address the parcel to SK Law Books, attention Samantha Yem / SK Law Office, at the business address above. Include your order number and securely package the item.
Visits and order collection are by prior arrangement. Do not travel to the office or send a parcel until we have confirmed the relevant arrangements. See our returns policy for eligibility and costs.
