Information used to serve you
When you place an order or contact us, we use the information needed for that request, such as your name, email, telephone number, billing or delivery address, purchased items, payment reference and correspondence. Where an account facility is used, account and order-history information may also be processed.
Technical information may be generated when you visit, including an IP address, browser or device information, pages requested, error records and security logs. The information involved depends on the site features and services you use.
Please provide only information relevant to your order or enquiry. Do not submit confidential legal case files through a bookstore enquiry or send sensitive payment credentials to customer support.
Why information is used
We use relevant information to receive and fulfil orders, confirm payments, arrange delivery or digital access, answer enquiries, handle cancellations and returns, maintain accounting and transaction records, prevent misuse and resolve complaints.
An order-policy acknowledgement is not permission for unrelated marketing. Where promotional messages are offered, you may decline them or ask us to stop by contacting our support email. Necessary order and service messages may still be sent.
Payments and service providers
Payment information is handled by the payment provider identified during checkout. Where ABA PayWay is offered, the payment step is processed through that provider. We use transaction references, payment status and relevant order information for reconciliation and refunds. Do not send us card security codes, banking passwords or one-time passcodes.
Information may be shared with service providers as needed to operate the store, such as website hosting and technical support, payment processing, order communication and delivery services. A delivery partner needs appropriate recipient and address information; a payment provider needs the details necessary for the selected transaction.
We may also disclose relevant information when required by law or valid legal process, or to investigate fraud or protect legal rights. We do not offer customer information for sale. Service providers should receive only information appropriate to their role. Depending on the service used, processing may occur in Cambodia or another country.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies and similar browser storage may support functions such as remembering a basket, maintaining a sign-in session, retaining preferences and protecting the website. Payment services and embedded features may use their own storage when you interact with them.
You can inspect, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking functional cookies may affect the basket, account access or checkout. Optional analytics or advertising technology, where used, must be accompanied by the applicable information and consent choices; agreeing to purchase terms is not consent to optional tracking.
Contact us for information about the services or cookies relevant to your visit.
Retention and protection
Order and transaction records are retained for as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet applicable accounting, tax, payment-provider and legal-claims requirements. Support correspondence is retained to resolve the enquiry and related follow-up. Technical records are retained while reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting and service administration. Where marketing preferences are recorded, we keep enough information to respect your choices.
Access to customer information should be limited to people and service providers who need it for the purposes described here. We seek to use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information involved, but no website, network or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Requests and updates
Contact info@sk-laws.com or +855 23 900 477 to ask about your information, request access or correction, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and explain when records must be retained for an outstanding order, dispute or legal obligation.
Changes to this notice will be published with an updated date. Material new uses of information will be explained before they are introduced where required.
