Available payment methods
Use the payment methods shown as available for your order at checkout. Where ABA PayWay is displayed, follow its payment instructions. A payment method mentioned on this page is not available unless it is actually offered in the checkout.
Availability depends on the payment method and your order. Contact us if you need help understanding the available options before paying.
Amount and currency
Prices are in US dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly identified. Where a Cambodian riel (KHR) amount is shown, it is labelled. Review the final amount, currency, delivery charge, discounts and applicable taxes before authorising payment.
We do not apply an additional surcharge for card payment. Your own bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges or other account fees independently of SK Law Books.
Confirmation and payment problems
A successful payment must be confirmed against your order before prepaid fulfilment begins. Keep your order confirmation and payment reference. An order acknowledgement is not necessarily proof that payment has completed.
If payment is declined or cancelled, you may retry after checking the order status. If your bank shows a debit but the order is pending or unconfirmed, contact us before paying again. Provide the order number, amount, date and transaction reference without sensitive card or banking credentials.
Confirmed duplicate payments will be refunded. We will investigate payment discrepancies and keep you informed of the next steps.
Safe payment and refunds
Enter sensitive payment details only in the appropriate payment-provider interface. Customer support will not ask you to send a card security code, banking password or one-time passcode by email or message.
Refunds are handled according to the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy and the payment provider’s process, normally through the original payment method to the original payer.
